A wonderfully calming gel formulated to help calm stressed horses:
before and after competition, difficult loaders, box-walking, head-shaking, weaving, spooking,
relaxing nervous riders and works on active children too.
To calm your horse simply massage around the face, neck and shoulder area.
Lavender is a natural insect repellent and is ideal for use on horses with sensitive skins. It also has a mildly sedative effect and the horse will become relaxed by inhaling the soothing vapours of essential oil of lavender. It also has a mild anti-depressant effect and this gel is ideal for humans suffering from nervous tension or insomnia.
Rose essential oil acts on deep trauma and is excellent for use on
horses and ponies who may have been badly treated in the past.
Caution Note:
Lavender has a mildly soporific effect and may show up in blood for up to 48 hours after use therefore we recommend that you do not use Lavender & Rose Calm Gel on racehorses or horses competing under F.E.I. or Jockey Club rules.
